About this Project
The project was to construct 10 new high spec residential homes within the borough of Cambridgeshire.
M&O completed all foundations to plots, installed all new drainage systems and constructed the new road entrance for the site. The project also involved external works, 278 streetworks and landscaping.
We worked with our neighbours to ensure minimum disruption to the local community.
The first phase of this project was completed three weeks ahead of programme which ensured follow on trades were able to commence earlier than anticipated. We are now beginning phase two, with works due to complete in July 2022.
